Donations
A donation is a voluntary gift to the organisation. After the payment is confirmed, it is not refunded in the ordinary course. The receipt only confirms that the payment was received. It is not a tax-exemption certificate.
Membership fee
The membership fee is kept once a registration number has been issued. If the payment page closes before payment, or the payment fails, the fee is not marked as paid and nothing is taken.
A payment taken by mistake
Write from the contact page if the same payment was charged twice, or if money left your account but no receipt was issued. Include the registration number or the mobile number used at payment, the amount, and the date. The organisation will check the payment record before deciding.
How a refund is sent
If a refund is approved, it is sent back through the same payment route used to pay. The organisation does not ask for your card number, UPI PIN or bank password in order to return the money.
